GRUPO FASYL SAS, as the owner of the commercial establishment named Viaje Fasyl, Colombia tour operator agency with RNT 99632, and the Ecotourism Park Santuario Chiquito in collaboration with APPPA (Association of Producers and Protectors of Páramo and Water), rejects the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys, and Adolescents. We are committed to prevention and reporting both within and outside the establishment. We engage our partners, human resources, allies, and collaborators in disseminating and complying with Laws 1336 and 1329 of 2009.

Code of Ethics

GRUPO FASYL SAS, as the owner of the commercial establishment named Viaje Fasyl, a Colombia Tour Operator Agency with RNT 99632, and the Ecotourism Park Santuario Chiquito in collaboration with APPPA (Association of Producers and Protectors of Páramo and Water), safeguards the integrity of children and adolescents. We achieve this through sensitizing our direct or indirect collaborators and our commitment to preventing commercial sexual exploitation. This commitment is based on Laws 1336 of 2009 and 1329 of 2009, which provide mechanisms to counteract this scourge in the country.

For this reason, our code of ethics establishes the following corporate policies:

  1. Suppress, condemn, and report to the competent authorities any criminal act of exploitation or sexual abuse against minors of which we become aware.
  2. Combat, prohibit, and reject the dissemination of pornographic material involving minors by the company’s personnel, contractors, and suppliers during their working hours using company facilities.
  3. Prohibit the use and dissemination of illegal material involving minors on the company’s networks.
  4. Condemn and reject tourism promotion programs that directly promote or secretly market plans encouraging sexual contact with minors within GRUPO FASYL SAS.
  5. Support the National Government and the development of tourism and child protection policies to disseminate information to users about legislation against the sexual exploitation of minors.
