Sustainable Travel Policies of Fasyl

The overall policy, as an integral part of our operations management, ensures sustainable tourism development, facilitating the entity in fulfilling its functions, formulating and developing projects. It must be considered mandatory compliance for the entire organization.

Environmental Policies

The general objective of the environmental policy is to promote and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to the environment and continuously improve the performance of the Environmental Management System, contributing to the development of sustainable tourism.

Collaboration with local farmers in activities such as tree planting for soil restoration, the adoption of water basins, and the sustainability of native forests not only promotes biodiversity but also offers an unforgettable moment of fulfillment and connection with nature. Training our collaborators will always favor the proper management of waste and the efficient and rational use of resources. Water and energy conservation, along with recycling, will be essential foundations for compliance and development as a responsible company.

We work hand in hand with farmers in each region where we operate, as they are part of our sustainability philosophy, where improving the quality of life for local residents is essential to offering better experiences to travelers. Additionally, we support a reforestation plan to restore water basins through the planting of native trees in collaboration with the Association of Producers and Protectors of Páramo and Water (APPPA).

One of our main objectives is to enhance sustainable management, taking on commitments to continuous improvement in all aspects of sustainability: sociocultural, economic, and environmental, as well as customer satisfaction. To achieve this, future facility expansions or activities will be subjected to sustainability and resource efficiency criteria.

This sustainable tourism policy will be updated whenever circumstances require, adopting and publishing new sustainability objectives in both cases.
